  • Great point. Nothing frustrates me more than these crooks hiding all the extra crap in bills they pass (what the hell was the college education loan thing doing in the healthcare bill?). We should all vote out any incumbents this fall, and do our part to fight organized crime.

  • I've been watching this closely, this is political BS - the GOP was not opposing the extension, they were opposing that no cuts were put in place to offset the spending. A promise the President made last November.

  • Joseph. No disagrees that Bush allowed spending to get out of control: very democrat-like of him. But some additional facts: In eight years Bush created a 1.4 Trillion debt. In 18 months Obama created a near 12 Trillion debt.

  • MOMINNJ, I've been telling people for nearly a year that Hillary just might make a bid for the presidency in 2012. Most people laughed. But what has Obama done? He had a very contentious primary against her. He then gave her a high level, Secretary of State, position to bring in her voters.
